We’re very aware of concerns surrounding Coronavirus, and how it may impact our normal activities
Please rest assured that the church family and its leadership team are doing everything we can to ensure that we’re following best practice guidelines from the Government, NHS, and Church of England. We’re absolutely committed to ensuring that all our services/activities are safe, and continue to provide help and support to those who need them most.
All our Sunday services are now all online
While the Coronavirus outbreak is ongoing, we’ll be live streaming our Sunday morning services on Facebook Live and Zoom – you can also join via your landline. The service will begin at 10:00am.
This Sunday, you can watch live via Zoom – just text us for the code!
If you’d prefer to use Facebook Live, just head to facebook.com/kilnhurstchurch/
(You can check out our handy guide to using Zoom here!)
To join on your landline, call 0131 460 1196 and then enter the meeting ID (you’ll need to text us for this!)
These will be worrying times for many, but Psalm 46 reminds us that “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.”
As a church we want to make sure we’re taking good steps to care well for people, but we also want to hold onto, and hold out, our hope. You might find this article from CCEF helpful: ccef.org/anxiety-waiting-and-the-coronavirus/.
Please do get in touch if you have any questions or queries.
With every blessing,
Andy, Tom, and all the team
